We will offer you some conditions which should be conformity with international trade terms.
1.1 Price terms
FOB price is always available and preferred. However we can offer you other price terms such as : ExW, FCA, CIF, CFR, DDU….
1.2 Payment terms and currency
We offer you two options:
– TTR 40% deposit, 60% balance will be paid when orders are shipped and buyers receives Bill of lading COPY buy email or fax.
– Irrevocable L/C at sight.
Payment currency: USD or EUR
1.3 Quality terms
As counter sample is accepted by buyer. Otherwise the quality should be as export standard.
1.4 Delivery terms
Delivery time will depend on the number of items you mix in container or quantity of order. However we can discuss together about delivery time for specific orders, we always support you to have orders on time. For normal orders we need production time in 40-45 days. Please take note delivery time will be calculated since the date we receive your deposit or L/C from our bank.
1.5 Warranty terms
We will take responsibility in defect products. If it is the mistake of producer you should take the picture send us immediately , it should be within 10 days since you receive orders, we can discuss together to give out the best solution for both, we will make new item to replace or discount price for next orders. However we will not take responsibility in wrong function use. All used materials are guaranteed in 2 years.
2. You are local buyers
2.1 Price terms
We will offer you ExW price, you wil arrange transportation from our factory to your place. If you can not arrange transportation, we have available truck team who will help you carry goods to your house, by this way you will pay transportation fee. Otherwise we can discuss together to have the best way for the both.
2.2 Payment terms and currency
We need 40% deposit to start production, 60% balance will be paid when goods is delivered to your place
